Before you ask
Questions.
What do I wear on the day?
Your Soft Hours set. We get it to you before the morning so it's hanging up and ready, and all you have to do is put it on and come. Everyone is in the same collection, which is rather the point.
When do I get my set?
Before the day, not on it. Once you've picked your sizes we'll reach you on the number you gave us and sort out a time.
What should I bring?
Where is it, and where do I park?
What if it rains?
Can I bring a friend?
Will I be photographed?
There's a photographer with us, and everyone will be in the wide shots of the room — that comes with being there. Anything closer, or anything where you're speaking, we'll ask you first, and no is a perfectly good answer.
