Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colours. Use a gentle cycle and a mild detergent. Skip the fabric softener — it breaks down stretch and compression over time. Lay flat or hang to dry. Avoid tumble drying, ironing, bleach and dry cleaning to keep your pieces feeling and fitting their best.
