Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- During high-demand periods (such as sales or new collection launches), processing times may take up to 5 business days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Domestic (Barbados): 1-3 business days
- Caribbean & International Shipping: 7-14 business days (depending on location and carrier)
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Tracking Information
- Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details.
- If you do not receive tracking within 5 business days, please contact our support team.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by your country.
- These fees are not covered by Shop Cherry Fit and are the customer’s responsibility.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- Shop Cherry Fit is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped.
- If your package is missing, please file a claim with the carrier or contact us for assistance.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Some regions may have restricted shipping—please check your local regulations.
