How do I use my points?
Choose a reward at checkout, or from your account page. It comes off the total — there's no code to copy and nothing to remember.
Do points expire?
Only after twelve months with no orders at all, and we'll email you well before that happens. Shop once a year and you keep everything.
How do I use points at a pop-up or in person?
Give us your name or the email on your account and it comes up on our till — your points and whatever you've got available to spend. No card to carry and nothing to scan. If you'd rather show something, there's a code on your account page you can pull up on your phone.
How does free shipping work?
It's a reward like any other — you spend points on it and it comes off at checkout. Once you're high enough up the ladder it stops costing points and simply applies to orders over the amount for your tier.
Does a referral earn us both something?
Yes. Your friend gets $10 USD off their first order and you get 250 points the moment it ships. Nothing happens if they don't order, so there's no awkwardness.
Do I lose my tier?
Tiers are reviewed once a year against what you spent in the twelve months before. Nobody drops more than one step at a time, and we tell you first.
I bought something before this existed. Do I get points for it?
Make an account with the email you ordered with and we'll backdate the last twelve months.
